토지적성평가와 환경영향평가의 공간정보 연계 방안을 제안했다.

The current environmental impact assessment have got a significant limitation in the providing wide area information about the entire metropolitan area. Because it does not apply to the GIS techniques in the use of space information. But the land suitability assessment has used a variable GIS technology in a valuation of land and a spatial analysis. Nevertheless, the both assessment has lots of the similarities in the list of evaluation.

In this research, it has been evaluated to the consistency and reliability about a environmental impact assessment objectively to provide the methods of linkage between the both assessments though the case area analysis about the use spatial data of a golf course development. In the result of data analysis, we made certain about a possibility of using a additional spatial data and the problems of reliability in a existing environmental impact assessment.

The methods of linkage between the both assessments are the common utilization data in the six lists which are the quality of water, hydraulic․hydrologic , land use, topography, fauna․flora, natural environment and the additional utilization data in the spatial data of the land suitability assessment. In the conclusion, this research will provide a useful rule for decision maker of the environmental policy and planning, a responsible planer of the specific business plan and a detailed action plan. The presenting guidelines will be useful to take advantage of long-term co-space information regarding the important long-term plan that can be utilized to establish guidelines to be expected.
