필지 단위 토지이용 정보체계의 구축 방안을 제시했다.

Cities are confronted with the Information Age. Large cities, like Tae-gu, have different land use patterns that are characterized by highly demised land use pattern, vertical land use differentiation and mixed land use. We need more accurate and scientific information for efficient management and planning. Land use is the presentation of human activities on the land. So, land use information is very important to manage the city efficiently. We think that they can be integrated with land use information system. They make difficult to understand land use pattern by existing land use information, such as parcel's land category and building's use classification.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the land use information system model for Tae-gu which can integrate land use information systematically. The basic components of land use information system are spatial reference files(parcels), land use information files, urban project files which are computerized by files and integrated in system. Finally, parcel based land use information system which users are the major components can be operationalized and improved the existing conditions of urban management.
