지적경계결정 위치정확도향상에 따른 시스템구축

지적경계 결정의 위치 정확도 향상을 위한 시스템 구축을 연구했다.

지적측량에 있어서 위치정확도의 향상기술은 개인의 소유권 경계결정에 있어서 중요한 요소중의 하나이다. 특히 우리나라 지적도면이 낱장 형태로 이루어져 있기 때문에 이들을 연속되게 하는 데에 수학적인 논리가 필요하다. 현재에는 GPS와 새로운 측지망에 의하여 인위적인 수동적 방법으로 경계를 조정 및 결정하는 데에 이를 착안하여 수학적인 헬멧과 어파인 변환으로 개선할 수 있었고 특히 블록화에 따라서 10㎝레벌 까지 조정이 가능하였다. The PAI(Positional Accuracy Improvement) technology in cadastral surveying and mapping is important for determining the property"s parcel boundary and protect it. Specially, the map matching logics are a basic element to make the seamless map because of majority of it was composed of sheet by sheet maps independently in Korea.

Now days, the GPS and geodetic network frame support the field surveying and adust a cadastral boundary in manual, and we develop a short program to determine the mathematic functions as Helmert and affine coordinate transformation and so on. The result of test is to squiz the error by blocked areas to 10cm level.
