대만의 지적측량 기준에 관한 연구

대만의 지적측량 기준과 관련 제도를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시했다.

This study comparatively analyzes the cadastral surveying of Taiwan in terms of institutional and legal aspects which can be applied to a lot of common circumstances of Republic of Korea. Also it suggests improvements to the cadastral surveying and relevant regulations to ensure the continued production, maintenance, and management of reliable cadastral information of future years regarding cadastral resurvey project to advance Korean cadastral system. Consequently, it suggests three ways of betterment. Firstly, it is needed to establish a detailed standard which differs according to each division of regions such as urban, agricultural, and mountainous area.

Secondly, necessity of the cadasral survey of parcel and various use of the result arises in order to achieve the maximum efficiency of maintenance and management. Thirdly, a guideline for enhancement of understanding of the public and surveying related parties about the project to get a smooth progress. 본 연구는 우리나라의 지적측량 규정과 우리와 실정이 유사한 대만의 지적측량 규정의 법·제도적 측면의 비교·분석을 통해, 지적제도 선진화의 일환으로 실시되는 우리나라의 지적재조사사업과 향후 지적업무의 신뢰성 확보 및 지적정보의 생산·관리·유통의 관점에서 검토되어야 할 지적측량 절차 및 기준에 대한 개선방향을 제시하고 있다. 제시된 개선방향은 첫째, 도심지, 농지, 산지 등 지역에 따른 측량방법과 기준을 세분화 할 것. 둘째, 일필지조사의 필요성 제시 및 조사 결과의 다양한 활용 방안 모색. 셋째, 원활한 사업 수행을 위해 측량 관계자나 대국민 이해를 증진 할 지침 마련 등이다.
