The land, which is conspicuously important in its publicity and social influence than any other commodity, can be no exemption in terms of human possesion. According to the increase of the population and various aspects as result of economic development, urbanization and industrialization, demand for land is under continuous acceleration. Especially, in such narrow countries as Korea, the problem is more serious, although the supply of the land is limited and insufficient. So, it is necessary to study on the sufficient supply of land under the supply of the land is limited and insufficient in Korea.

The structure and the contents of this study are as follows : The first chapter proposes the problem, along with the purpose of the study, the scope and the methodology of the study. Also this study kept pace with literature study, internet reference, legal study. The second chapter is allocated to the basic topics to build up the theories of the public sector's land supply system. Also this chapter is included the public sector's land supply system of other countries.

The third chapter deals with the actual condition of land supply, using housing construction, to private sector and public sector. The fourth chapter suggests the improvements of the public sector's land supply system. As a conclusion, the fifth chaper suggests the improvements device to solve the problem in the public sector's land Supply System.
