재정비사업 수요예측을 위한 사업성지도 구축 방법을 제시한다.

Despite the government’s policy of deregulating reconstruction projects, confusion continues due to uncertainty in the business conditions of each complex, so both residents of the complex and local governments need more accurate feasibility analysis of redevelopment projects. In this study, we introduce a feasibility map, a redevelopment project demand forecasting model that integrates apartment DB and business feasibility analysis model to simultaneously analyze redevelopment project conditions at the complex and city level.

The results of the study show significant differences compared to existing demand forecasts based on housing age and size, and can complement the limitations of the government/local government’s redevelopment project policy operation.
