나선지역에서 다국적 산업단지 개발의 가능성 분석

나선지역 다국적 산업단지 개발 가능성과 정책 과제를 분석했다.

이 논문의 연구목적은 나선지역에서 다국적 산업단지의 개발 가능성을 분석하고 정책적 검토사항을 제안하는데 있다. 최근 아시아에서 유럽에 이르는 유라시아 대륙을 하나의 공동체로 연결하는 각 국의 그랜드 플랜이 추진되고 있다. 이러한 변화의 연장선상에서 극동지역의 국가들은 극동지역에 위치한 나선지역에 중․장기적으로 국가전략을 투영하고 있다. 나선지역은 중국의 급속한 성장에 따라 인접국가의 물류유통 거점지역으로 모색되고 있으며 장기적으로 북극항로의 개통과 맞물려 극동지역의 출구지역으로 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이 논문은 유라시아 시대에 대비한 한국의 극동지역 진출의 거점으로 나선지역의 적합성을 분석하고 이 지역에서 다국적 산업단지의 개발 가능성을 검토하도록 한다. 결론적으로, 다자적 경제협력 모델로서 나선산업단지의 건설이 관련국간 상생의 모델로 성공하기 위해서는 동북아 정세의 안정이 필수적이라 할 수 있으며 북한지역에서 안정적인 경제활동이 가능한 조건이 성숙될 필요가 있다. This study investigates the changing Naseon's new investment environment and in consumer's perspective, the basic goals of building the complex and the concrete process to achieve them.

Recently the era of Eurasia has rapidly been coming on us. In order to take this chance, Korea should take Naseon located near the borders of North Korea, China, and Russia as a bridge-head for advancing to the Northern district. Korea is required to actively participate in developing Naseon Special Economic Zone on which North Korea is focusing. Korea should come forward to build the industrial complex that can be developed relatively in a short period of time but can bring a great economic effect.

With this, Korean businesses should take the opportunity to improve their competitiveness and to advance to the Northern district, leading North Korea to get economic benefits such as employment creation and technology transfer.
