택지개발사업의 민영화 논리와 유형별 접근방법을 연구했다.

Nowadays, every country tries to make government small and competitive. Under these circumstances, there is a growing need to promote participation of private sectors in providing public goods and services. In spite of the needs for participation of private sector, no distinct role for each sector has been defined yet. Private sector's participation without role definition may cause some negative side effects. In this context, this paper aims to define the scope and limitation of privatization, and to search for desirable roles of each sectors in residential land development policy.

To estimate the role and the scope of privatization, 3 estimating factors which contain economic, public, and social aspects, and 7 type of land development types which derived from developing sector, methods, and size are used.
