우수 관리를 위한 지구단위계획 적용 방안을 연구했다.

As urbanization proceeds rapidly, the proportion of paved area to total watershed area increases almost at the same rate. These physical changes of a watershed due to urbanization may bring about dramatic changes of hydrological responses of watershed. Recently, urban stormwater management have been focused on structual measures such as expansion of sewer networks. But these kind of measures cause heavier damages to downtown areas due to increased flood peak. So completely different approaches for urban flood control are in need. A new concept for urban stromwater management is reduction of runoff from the sources in site through the using rainwater, infiltration or detention etc.

The purpose of this study is to establish stormwater management measures application to the district plan system. This study focused on the following items. 1) the environmentally friendly rainwater management system and the system in Germany and Korea 2) guidelines on the legally binding land use, Bebauungsplan for the environmentally friendly rainwater management 3) the Application to the District Plan System for the Environmentally Friendly Rainwater Management In Germany, the type and extent of land use, the amount of land to be covered with building and the scale and intensity of use are controlled by the binding land use, Bebauungsplan.

Consequently, the Bebauungsplan controls the rate of pavement and induces a environmentally friendly rainwater management. Thus, this study suggested the directions for the Application to the District Plan System for the Environmentally Friendly Rainwater Management.
