宅地開發事業 業務推進에 따른 問題點 및 解決方案

대구 택지개발사업의 추진 과정상 문제와 해결방안을 검토했다.

宅地開發事業은 88-92년 까지(5年間) 政府의 政策事業인 住宅 200만호 建立計劃에 의거 본격적으로 推進되었다. 본 논문은 그 중 實際로 施行한 大邱直轄市의 池山. 凡勿地區 宅地開發事業을 모델로 하여 作成하였으며, 施行過程에서의 법적. 行政的 問題點과 實際 運用過程에서의 施行着誤와 問題點이 생겼다. 이의 解決方案을 提示함으로써 以後 지속적으로 推進될 宅地開發事業의 方向을 提示하였다. Housing development project which was based on the plan of building 2million Houses, the economic policy of government, had been promoted from 1988 to 1992(for five years). This thesis which was made model of Housing development project in jisan, bummul district, Taegu, performed actually among above plannings, was produced. Legal and administrative problems were aroused in a process of practicing as well as trials and errors in an actual operating process.

By presenting solution of these problems, it gives the direction of Housing development project which will be continually promoted from now on.
