공간정보 기반의 부동산 행정정보 활용 방안

공간정보를 기반으로 부동산 행정정보를 활용하는 방안을 연구했다.

Spatial Information is a useful tool for the description of the real world and it can be a supplement for the shortcomings of information administered by text. Most of the written information in the administration is difficult to analyze and use by spatial. When applied to spatial information, administrative information services provide information about the location of the treatment area, land information, property information, and access, which make the process of effective management possible. In this study, the utilization of real estate administrative information is presented.

As a result of applying the real estate administrative information, we found fake moving-in notifications non-existent residential areas. By utilizing the administration model based spatial information, we can facilitate the processes taken by management, and help to eradicate illegal activities such as fake moving-in notification. 공간정보는 현실 세계를 표현하는데 유용한 도구로 텍스트 중심으로 관리되고 있는 정보의 단점을 보완할 수 있다. 행정에서 생산되는 대부분의 정보는 텍스트로 작성하여 대장으로 관리되고 있어 다양한 공간적 분석과 활용에 어려움이 있다. 행정정보에 공간정보를 적용하면 업무처리 지역의 위치정보, 토지정보, 건물정보 등 다양한 정보를 확인할 수 있어 효율적인 업무처리와 관리가 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부동산 행정정보의 활용방안을 제시하였다. 부동산 행정정보를 적용한 결과 텍스트 정보로는 확인할 수 없었던 거주불가능지에 전입신고 된 현황을 볼 수 있었다.

부동산 행정정보를 활용하면 업무 처리와 관리가 원활할 것이며, 위장 전입과 같은 불법 행위 근절에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
