공공시설 확충을 위한 지구단위계획 인센티브와 토지 기부채납을 연구했다.

The purpose of this study is to propose improved incentive system for expanding public facilities for neighborhoods - afordable housing, cultural and day-care facilities, etc. In cases of Yong-san District Unit Plans, land dedication is not so effective in expanding public facilities for neighborhoods, and land dedication has been operated rigidly and unequally between land owners. To expand public facilities for neighborhoods and improve unequaliincentive formula for offering public facilities by floor areas not only by land dedication, including kinds of public facilities which can be ofered by floor areas.
