The registration business of the real estate has been on the increase of 12 percent every year during the past nineteen seventies and this trend is expected to continue for the time being hereafter. The increase in the registration business makes it inevitable to expand the business organization thus, the improvement of the business efficiency through mechanization and standardization is urgently required. In my opinion it is quite resonable as it is, the computerize the registration business of the real estate not only for the business simplification but for the better management.

However necessary as it is, the computerization of this business should not be carried out hastily without any complete preparation of the system analizing study group. Moreover, since this business covers the whole area of the real estate all over the country it is essential set up in advance the Plan of efficient computer operation by establishing the regional system on by expanding computerized zone step by step. The effective computerization of the estate registration will enable both the improvement of business efficiency and the managerial effectiveness.

The one includes the preparation of the back-up system, handy managements of all kinds of files and the rapid and exact execution of the business and the other overs the efficient personnel administration, the holdback of the ever growing orgainization and personnel and the reductions of expenses and man-power. The effective reduction of the expenses is expected to meet the capital turn-over point within five years and the break-even point within three years.
