도시계획 기초조사를 위해 토지·건축물 공간정보의 활용 방안을 연구했다.

The purpose of this study is to collect the pertinent data, to analyze the materials, and finally to generalize the merits and problems, the characteristics, and the potential of the city under investigation. In other words, the collected data is sorted, schematized, and analyzed based on the statistic analyses. This study serves the purpose of providing the necessary and efficient means about how to utilize the information which is required for the maximization of "Spatial digital information".

In particular, some procedural problems in the urban survey planning have been collected and analyzed from the perspectives of Geographic Information System This study presents some fundamental resources for the better use of the land utilization information by means of a step-by-step problem solving method. Specifically, various problems related to the land utilization planning are pin-pointed.

In so doing, on the basis of the statistics and the digital map on the land utilization information about Yongjeon-dong, Dong-gu District in the Metropolitan City of Daejeon, this study suggests the urban planning fundamentals through the arrangement of the registration information about a body of specific land utilization data. It also stresses that the outcome of the data analysis must be expressed on the map as a result of the urban physical spatial planning. It has been found that the Land Utilization Information system has the subsystems including collection, storage, analysis and output.

The basic components of the Land Utilization Information system include parcels, buildings and most importantly their users. The land information, for the most part, is closely connected with parcel judgment. Therefore, it is important to continue research of this kind since the administration automation and land information can be shared once provided. Finally with these strategies, parcel based land use information system of which the users are the major components can be operational and improved for the existing conditions of the urban management.

Also, in order to achieve the new land information for Spatial digital data, it is urgent to make a special effort to provide the data bank for the new establishment of the related organization and the release of the information system.
