This study recognizes the need to repurpose inefficient spaces of undeveloped parks within aging industrial complexes and to reorganize long-neglected undeveloped parks to enhance land use efficiency. Furthermore, to strengthen the self-sustaining functions of industrial complexes, it proposes flexibly utilizing some undeveloped parks as sites for support facilities, thereby expanding infrastructure to support corporate activities and presenting strategies for the regeneration and revitalization of industrial complexes.
