도농통합시의 용도지역변경에 관한 연구 : 익산시 사례를 중심으로

익산시 사례를 중심으로 도농통합시의 용도지역 변경을 연구했다.

The government of Korea ha developde 45 agorpolitan regions into which small or midium dities and agroculrural areas around them were integrated since January of 1995. The birth of agropolitan regions means that the spatial dichotomy of urban and rural areas in not important any more. and it has resulted in the realization that managing urban and rural functions by an autonomous unit is more appropriate. This study aims to find the problem on the zoning in the agropolitan regions and to make the effective land use management scheme.

First this study reviews the bisic concept and theoritical background and the related law about agropolitan policy: second, through the analyzing of a case study of the zoning transfering in the IK-san agropokitan region, grasps the the actual conditions of an agropolitan region: and third, suggests that the paradigm of the zoning transfering in agropolitan regions needs to make a new law system and consider to envernmental standards as well as economic standards.
