한국토지정보시스템 데이터의 세계측지좌표계 변환 방안을 연구했다.

As world geodetic system has been introduced in the world, Korea also was institutionalized by the amendment of the law in 2001. However, because of various issues, it is introduced in the 2010. For this reason, this research reviewed the methodology of transformation and chose the target area of the transformation. Also, this study applied to transform to the world geodetic system with KLIS DB(Korea Land Information System Database). As a result, the transformed data can be supported, and was used in the National GIS. And using the results, this study presented to transformation plan of KLIS DB.

세계적으로 세계측지좌표계의 도입이 확대됨에 따라 우리나라도 2001년 측량법의 개정을 통해 이를 제도화하였지만 제반 여건의 미흡으로 인해 2010년 도입하는 것으로 최종 결정하였다. 이에 지리정보의 변환을 위한 적극적인 대응이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 한국토지정보시스템 데이터의 세계측지좌표계 변환을 위하여 변환방법론, 변환사례 등을 검토한 후 시범 지역을 선정하여 변환실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 변환 후의 데이터는 국가GIS활용과 업무지원을 위한 참조 데이터로서 충분히 이용할 수 있는 수준으로 도출되었다. 그리고 실험 변환 결과를 바탕으로 한국토지정보시스템 데이터의 세계측지좌표계 변환을 위한 추진방안을 제시하였다.
