도시재정부촉진사업 추진과정상의 쟁점사항 분석 - 세운재정비촉진지구를 대상으로

세운재정비촉진사업의 추진 과정에서 발생한 쟁점을 분석했다.

CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> The purpose of this study is to document and analyse on the process of urban regeneration project since the special law for urban regeneration was established.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conduct a survey of this project process on "sewoon district." It is used by the interview and analysis of conference records.<BR> (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR> We found the problems of institution and support system in sewoon district project.<BR> 2.

RESULTS<BR> The results of this study can be summarized as follows;<BR> First, for ensuring public benefit attributes, it is necessary to establish a detailed article and a criterion of public project enforcement and infrastructure expense plan.<BR> Second, it is important to readjust regulation about countermeasure for tenants in shopping district regeneration project.
