부동산중계업자의 교육제도에 관한 연구 : 강원도 지역을 중심으로

강원도 부동산중개업자의 교육 실태와 교육제도 개선 방안을 연구했다.

This study aim at representing the way to improve and grasp the problems of the educational level and educational system them through survey research of Real Estate brokers in Kangwondo. The method of this study focuses in survey research to brokers at 6 month in the year 1994, with an analysis of data in real estate brokerage. The boundary of this study consists of the several problems concerned in broker's education, that is, basic realities, the broker's consciousness of educational system, consciousness of basic knoweledge, and the law concerned in real estate, the consciousness of damage compensation and the task guarantee, the satisfaction as profession.

The alternatives for increasing the broker's educational system are the following ; The primary point is the bolstering of association education. The association is accomplishing the several characteristics business for goal of the establishment, which educate for member's quality improvement and it is deals with some importatnt task. The second point is the enhancement of the college education, It should improve the that broker's social status so that the college must train the broker in practicing the task. The 3rd point is the generalization the education by correspondence.

The education by correspondence is very effective to who can't attend the train course because of geographical and time difficult.
