지구단위계획에 에너지 절약 계획요소를 도출하고 적용방법을 제시했다.

When the time of fossil energy crisis is coming and people crave paradigm change to sustainable development so energy portion of the cities is increasing. As a result, energy saving urban planning is needed. So called, "energy saving city planning" is applicable for weather change and sustainable city development. and the aim of the planning is minimization of energy demand , optimization of energy efficiency, maximization of renewable energy, maximization of energy circulation and finally optimization of energy environment.

It means that environmentally, sustainable city development is combined with space design and related to land use planning for existing city, transportation planning, architectural planning, green space planning of park and facility planning. For a long term strategy, urban structure, policy, combine with urban planning and energy planning, changing the energy consumption habit are needed. In the short run, drastic change in energy-saving plan of district unit plan is necessary for the practical plan. Presently, district unit plan is focused on land use rationalizing and improving its function, improvement plan on outdoor and favorable environment procure.

but in the future, the meaning of energy saving shall be recognized more extensively and we need to consider energy savings in general. Consequently, To create energy-saving city, The aim of this study is suggestion for elicitation of energy-saving element and practical application on district unit planning. To achieve this, I will look it over "district unit plan", "policy regarding energy plan" and "trend" on the energy-saving city's concept. Based on the precedenergtudy, energy-saving planning elements can be divided into five part.

It is minimizing energy demand , optimizing energy efficiency, maximizing renewable energy application, maximization of energy circulation and finally optimization of energy environment. And I drew design elements through those five things. By the survey of the expert, I extract main elements for designing and suggest that applicable method on establishing the district unit plan.
