土地所有權의 制限과 그 態樣 = A Study on the Theoretical Aspects of Restrictions on Private Land Ownership

The private land ownership has been absolutely respected Nevertheless, its execution is strongly limited either by the special fesatures of land or by the social and public quality of land. Under the present order of Korea's civil law, however, a certain limited line should be drawn in the retrictions on rights of private land ownership. This paper has analized legal system which limitates the rights of land ownership in Korea, with special reference of its private aspects, followed by the review of the nature and the essential features of private land ownership.
