This article is an extensive review on the Supreme Court Cases in 2017 focusing on the property law. The author analyzes and critiques some of the important cases on various subjects including but not limited to : real property title and registration, real estate trust and bare trust, ownership and joint ownership, common interest community, possession, adverse possession, mortgage, lien, and other related issues. 이 글은 2017년에 선고된 대법원 주요 판결 중 물권법 분야에 관하여 개관한 것이다. 공동근저당 이시배당에서 우선변제권의 범위, 부동산 담보신탁, 분묘기지권, 경정등기, 공유물분할, 분할제한 토지의 일부 양도, 부부간 명의신탁, 집합건물, 점유와 시효취득, 선의취득 등에 관한 다양한 판결들을 소개하면서, 필자의 의견을 포함하여 간략한 평석을 겸하고 있다.
