부동산등기의 공신력과 그 도입에 대한 쟁점을 검토했다.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This paper analyzed the public confidence of estate registration. Generally. one who acquires a right from nonrightful person could not get a real right. But if one adopts the principle of public confidence, the assignee relying on public notification shall be guaranteed by the authorities even if th assignor were not a substantial right holder (2) RESEARCH METHOD It is used by detailed compared study between Korean and Germany in the legal system on the public confidence of real registration. I choose literature research methods through various kinds of material domestic and german books and theses.

(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The results of this research showed that problem of real-estate registration in Korea. It is not efficient, to accept the public confidence of real estate registration. I think that we can consider the title insurance instead of the public confidence. 2.
