비오톱 분석으로 택지개발지구 내 보전적지 설정 방안을 연구했다.

There are various type of conservation area establishment which are comprised in park and greens within new town development such as housing developments sites. To use Biotop is the plan that leads a housing development site with the environment development in order to set up the preservation which is corresponds to the small scale habitat. From this research, it is apply to Namyangju byulne housing development site that afterwards set up the valuation types and standard for Biotop which classify into absolute preservation area, preservation area, preservation use, use and constructive use.

In conclusion, the park and greens are applicable to preservation area in large scale housing development site, which is in a sense that leads the environment development in order to set the preservation. And it is judged with using Biotop which is corresponds to the small scale habitat that will be able to execute efficiently if make certain of living thing diversity and designate park and greens.
