韓國의 地籍再調査 方案에 關한 硏究 : 多目的 地籍調査를 中心으로

다목적 지적조사를 중심으로 한국의 지적재조사 방안을 연구했다.

It is about 80 years since a moedern land registration system was introduced in Korea. During the time, there were frequent changes in the system but it couldn't satisfy the people's needs. Especially, it is the most regrettable thing that the books of land registration have been damaged and worn out, and this subsequently results in lowering of exactness of the records. As a result of this, the reliability on land registration books has been diminished gradually.

Therefor a new land registration system is required, which is used multifariously in acquiring of onabsolute stability on the people's property right and acquiring of a fairness on taxes involved land, and in carrying out of public plans to establish the system of land information in quickness and exactness. Relating with the above, several conclusions are summarized like the followings. First, a modern reviewing on land registration should be done so as to achieve the development of scientific land registration, becouse the current land registration system can't satisfy the people's needs.

Second, the system economic land registration should be adapted to be able to construct a synthetic land information system in conducting a land registration review. Third, the work of land registration review should be conducted contineously and gradually at the national level like as Japan, France and Italy. Lastly, to accomplish the work of land registration review successfully, a daring policy performance at the national level, a performing of the people's sympathies and the responsible officers will should be required.
