In cadastral resurvey project, cadastral resurvey to repair cadastral incongruity land and WGS conversion of digital cadastral region commonly cause a fine area error due to a change of a coordinate unit related to the decimal places. When the coordinate unit is changed, the parcels having a small area do not cause an area error or are small, but the parcels having a large area larger than a certain scale have an increased error. This phenomenon can make inaccurate cadastral registrations and burden the promotion of the cadastral resurvey project which requires the consent of the landowner.
In order to eliminate the fine area change due to the change of the coordinate unit, the user has tried to fine adjustment the boundary by selecting the boundary points directly. However, since time and cost are excessive, it is necessary to new study the fine adjustment of multiple boundary points. In this paper, we propose a method to fine adjustment a batch boundary by combining the method of automatically recognizing boundary points of adjacent parcels based on the basic boundary fine adjustment principle to adjust the boundary points meet the area condition while moving the boundary point within a certain range.
As a principle of batch control boundary fine adjustment, Interval 1, Interval 2+1, Total 1, Total 2+1 are derived, and SW which can collectively adjust a lot of parcel boundary points for experiment is developed. In addition, to determine whether each method can be applied in practice, four areas were selected as the test sites in the cadastral resurvey area and the border point coordinate registration area converted to WGS, respectively. We conducted the verification to compare the efficiency.
The accuracy was calculated by dividing the adjustment amount of the boundary point and the maximum adjustment amount of the parcel, and the efficiency was calculated by the number of adjustment times, the time required, and the number of boundary points used for adjustment. As a result of the experiment, when the cadastral resurvey area is analyzed the adjustment amount of the boundary point and the maximum adjustment amount of the boundary point of the parcel, the Interval 1 and the Total 1 are relatively high in most areas excluding some areas.
As a result of the analysis of the number of adjustments and the time required for the efficiency, the Interval 1 is small and the number of the boundary points used in the adjustment is the smallest in the Interval 2+1 and the Total 2+1. However, the reason for the high accuracy of the Interval 2+1 and the Total 2+1 unlike most other districts is that the area of some parcels is relatively large compared to other parcels. The transformation area of the WGS is more complicated than the cadastral resurvey area by appropriate adjustment method depending on the district.
However, as a whole, the adjustment amount of the boundary point is Total 1, and the maximum adjustment amount of the boundary point of each parcel is Interval 1. Interval 2+1 is less in the number of adjustments and the time required, and Total 2+1 is the least number of boundary points used for adjustment. It is considered that accuracy and efficiency of the WGS conversion area are different from those of cadastral resurvey area because of the relatively small area change according to the average area of parcels. The batch process Fine Adjustment of the boundary developed in this study succeeded in eliminating the minute area error of many parcels even when applying any method.
However, the extent to which adjustments differ depending on the details of accuracy and efficiency is largely influenced by the size of the average area of parcels. Overall cadastral resurvey and WGS conversion areas show that Interval 1 and Total 1 can be seen as a way to increase accuracy and efficiency is partially relevant. Interval 2+1 and Total 2+1 seem to be partly more efficient than accuracy. In order to apply the principle of collective Fine Adjustment in practice,
