NSDI 구축에 따른 해외 지적모형의 개발 동향을 검토했다.

Cadastral administration system is evolving towards an integrated land management paradigm designed to support sustainable development. In this paradigm, land valuation and land development, each with specific data elements, with the cadastral data model at the core. Cadastral data modelling potentially plays a key role in both data and business management in modern cadastral administration systems. However, some modifications to existing data models could potentially improve their capacity to deliver substantiality.

This paper discuss technical issues raised by changing the cadastral model:the advantage and disadvantage of spatial identifiers, possibilities for spatially presenting rights restrictions and responsibilities, and consistency between various legal property objects. 지적행정제도는 지속가능개발을 지원하기 위한 통합된 토지자원관리 패러다임의 방향으로 진화하고 있다. 이 패러다임에서 토지평가와 토지개발 자료는 지적데이터 모형의 핵심 요소이다. 지적데이터 모델링은 잠재적으로 현대 지적행정제도의 데이터와 비즈니스 관리에 핵심 역할을 할 것이며, 기존 데이터 모형의 수정으로 지속가능한 전달역량을 강화할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지적모형의 변화에 의한 기술적 시사점인 공간식별자의 장․단점, 권리의 제한과 책임에 대한 공간표현 가능성, 다양한 부동산 객체에 대한 법적 일관성에 대하여 분석하였다.
