공영택지개발사업의 주체별 개발 수준과 주민 만족도를 분석했다.

To accomodate increasing housing shortage in many cities, Korea Government has implemented residential land development projects, so called as Tak-ji-Gae-bal project, to provide more land for new housing construction lately. As a consequence, various problem such as traffic congestions, shortage of parking space. and degradation of working environment are emerged as an urgent task. Under these circumstances, the purpose of this study is to suggest some policy direction for improvement of better residential environment by analyzing the relationship between the level of development and the residential satisfaction in the chief object of the project enforcement.

The main findings of this research can be summarized as follows. In general, it seems that the relationship between the level of development in the chief object of the project enforcement and the residential satisfaction is low. And, the chief categories that residents living in the area of project enforcement are concerned about must be considered carefully as plans for the future development are drawn up. Lastly, it is needed to improve unfairly discriminative residential environments and to raise the level of development equalization and residential satisfaction.
