도시재생사업에 있어 지적측량기술자의 역할

도시재생사업에서 지적측량기술자의 역할과 발전 방향을 검토했다.

도시재생사업은 쇠퇴하고 낙후된 구도시를 대상으로, 삶의 질을 향상시키고 도시경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 물리적 정비와 함께 사회적, 경제적 재활성화를 통합적으로 추진하는 사업을 의미한다. 이러한 일련의 사업과정에 참여하는 주체는 다양하지만 물리적 현황을 측정하는 지적측량기술자는 상대적으로 조명이 덜 되어 왔으나 그의 역할은 크다고 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 도시재생사업과정에 참여하는 지적측량기술자의 수행 역할을 조사 및 검토하여 향후 지적측량기술자의 발전적인 역할을 제고하는데 있다. 연구범위는 도시재생사업 지역의 참여주체 중 지적측량기술자로 한정하고 연구의 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법을 적용하고, 연구결과는 도시재생사업과 지적측량기술자, 지적측량기술자의 역할변화, 지적측량기술자의 동태적 역할방향 차원에서 검토하고자 한다. Urban regeneration projects (URP) are to push ahead with physical improvement as well as social and economic reactivation comprehensively in backward old towns in order to improve the quality of life and secure the urban competitiveness.

There are diverse actors involved in URP but cadastral surveyor (CS) measuring physical situations tend to be paid less attention to, even though their roles are important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review roles of CS involved in URP and consider developmental roles of the experts. The research range is limited to CS among diverse actors involved in URP and a descriptive approach is applied methodologically. The study is reviewed in terms of URP and CS, changes of roles of CS, and directions of dynamic roles of CS.
