대규모 공동주택단지 구성이 지역별 특성 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 1980년대 이후 대구광역시 택지개발조성사업지구를 중심으로 -

대구 택지개발지구의 대규모 공동주택단지가 지역 특성 형성에 미친 영향을 분석했다.

택지개발조성사업지구의 핵심적 요소인 대규모 공동주택단지는 산업화·도시화가 진행되면서 경제적·정책적 요구에 부응하는 주거형태로 도시확장 과정에 큰 역할을 하는 도시적 요소로 작용하였다. 또한 새로운 대규모 공동주택단지는 거대한 스케일의 부피를 시야에 제공하여 그 지역 전체의 이미지를 형성하며 독특한 경관을 조성하고 지역의 대표적인 이미지가 되었다. 본 연구는 ‘대구시 대규모 택지개발조성사업지구에서 나타나는 지역별 특성에 관한 선행연구(2024)’의 후속연구이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 도출된 사업지구들의 권역별 특성들에 기반하여 지구별 대표 공동주택단지의 구체적인 특성을 파악하여 권역별 특성들이 공동주택단지에서 어떻게 구현되었는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 대상으로 선정된 18개의 대규모 택지개발조성사업에서 주요 공동주택단지를 선정하여 단지 외관구성, 단지배치, 주동형태, 주동입면 등을 통해 공동주택단지의 특성을 분석하여 선행연구에서 제시한 권역별 특성들이 공동주택단지들에서 나타나는 지역별 특성들에 기인한 것임을 밝히고자 한다.

As industrialization and urbanization progressed, large-scale apartment complexes, which are key elements of the residential development and development project district, served as urban elements that played a major role in the urban expansion process as a form of housing in response to economic and policy demands. In addition, the new large-scale apartment complex provides a huge scale of volume to the field of view to form an image of the entire area, create a unique landscape, and become a representative image of the area.

Therefore, this study is a follow-up of the 'A Precedent Study on the Characteristics of Region Large-scale Housing Site Development Project District in Daegu City (2024)'. The purpose of this study is to find out how the characteristics of each region were implemented in the apartment complex by grasping the specific characteristics of each region's representative apartment complex based on the characteristics of each region of the project districts derived from the previous study.

In this study, major apartment complexes were selected from 18 large-scale housing development projects selected for the preceding study, and the characteristics of the apartment complex were analyzed through the complex's exterior composition, complex layout, the shape of the main building, and the pasade of the main building to confirm that the regional characteristics suggested in the previous study were due to regional characteristics in apartment complexes.
