레저스포츠 시설의 부동산신탁제도 적용 가능성 -토지신탁을 중심으로-

As leisure & sport activities have become more important in the society, development of leisure & sport facilities is expected to be expanded. According to this, this study aims to confirm if it is possible to apply real estate trusts when developing leisure-sport facilities. This study is centered on land trusts, in particular, whose primary purpose is to develop. Land trust is aimed at making effective use of land and for this study, We stated its characteristics, procedure of application and positive effects and problems following the application. As methods of study, We examined related books and documents and then performed investigation and analysis of data.

Following are results of the study. First, in time of developing leisure-sports facilities, it is necessary to introduce ways of land trust to secure safety of project progress. Second, in time of applying land trust, it is necessary to prepare plans to meet purposes of development after carefully grasping related laws and progress procedure. Third, in time of applying land trust, side effects which can happen should be understood in advance to take preparatory measures.
