토지비축사업의 재원조달 다각화 방안을 연구한다.

Present financial structure for land banking can not be a adequate tools in buying and operating land banking policy, so various of methods need to attaining its basic objectives, First, in this study, according to its previous researches, optimal size of land banking was calculated by its three scenarios based on future land demand. Results of optimal size of land banking was predicted about l04.37krrt and its financial burden can be same as 1,600billion won. In order to find out financial instruments supporting land banking, two types of sources was analysed. First one is using capital-financial market and second one is using outer sources.

Among these alternatives, investment trust fund and issuing foreign bond can be considered importantly. Relating land banking to outer monetary funds, some part of housing fund or participation of financial institution will be a forthcoming alternatives, This study is a exploratory study, so more detailed researches need to continue for finding realistic answer of financing land banking.
