NORC 관점으로 본 서울시 아파트지구 지구단위계획 분석 - 반포, 서빙고, 압구정 아파트지구를 중심으로 -

서울 아파트지구 지구단위계획을 고령친화적 도시 관점에서 분석했다.

The purpose of this study was to promote the physical change to an age-friendly city by looking at the district unit plan connecting the urban plan and the building plan of the apartment district from the perspective of NORC. Through this, we intend to provide implications from the perspective of the local community so that the senior citizens can age healthily with other generations in Korea"s urban architectural space, where the elderly population is expected to continue to increase.

Whether the apartment district unit plan was planned to conform to the NORC was analyzed by setting the conditions of the NORC physical environment that can be reflected in the district unit plan derived through references as the framework of analysis. The main result of this study were that it is necessary to maintain and supplement the categories currently well reflected in the district unit plan and expand them throughout the apartment district, and to consider new zones for the elderly to support the independent community life of the seniors.
