연속지적도의 품질 확보와 활용 방안을 검토했다.

Despite the high request of a serial cadastral map in the various field related with cadastre, it has not been broadly applied because of fatal problems such as a non-coincidence of map connecting. Most of all, we need to devise specific methods to minimize the non-coincidence in joining individual cadastral maps in order to optimize the utility value of it. Then, we should work out a scheme to be applied to the many industry as a cadastral market or geo-information field. Accordingly, this study firstly intended to consider the present situation for construction of a serial cadastral map and secondly to examine the actual state or prospects of it in the cadastral market.

On the basis of the result of this study, we established the ways to secure the quality of a serial cadastral map. And also, we proposed a scheme for applying it in the various industry related with the cadastre. 지적 관련기관과 지리정보산업 분야에서 연속지적도의 제공을 요구하고 있으나 정작 지적불부합 등 여러 다양한 문제로 인하여 고품질의 연속지적도를 제작하지 못하기 때문에 자료 활용의 폭을 넓히지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 연속지적도의 이용과 활용성을 극대화하기 위해서는 우선적으로 개별지적도의 도곽 접합 시 나타나는 불일치 문제를 현실적으로 최소화하여 고품질의 연속지적도를 제작할 수 있는 방법의 정립과 이를 관련기관과 지리정보산업에 제공하기 위한 활용 방안의 강구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 연속지적도 구축과 운영 현황에 대한 실태와 함께 연속지적도의 활용을 위한 지리정보산업시장의 현황과 전망을 고찰하였다. 그리고 이러한 고찰 내용을 기반으로 하여 연속지적도의 품질을 현실적으로 확보할 수 있는 방법의 정립은 물론 다양한 관련기관과 지리정보산업에 제공을 위한 활용 방안을 제시하였다.
