토지소유권의 입체적 범위와 공시제도의 문제점 = Multi-dimensional Scope of Land Ownership and the Problem of Public Notification System

토지소유권의 입체적 범위와 그 공시제도의 문제를 검토했다.

The purpose of this study is to draw multi-dimensional scope of land ownership in terms of land utilization and problems of the entailing public notification system and to suggest the ways of improvement. As as result of the study, it was found that other countries in the world have gone through relatively orderly steps for the multi-dimensional use of land by establishing and implementing laws including the so called ‘Deep Underground Utilization Act’ and etc. It can be said that Korea has started a full-scale multi-dimensional use of land to cope with the sudden social demands resulting from chronological changes.

As Korea entered modern times we have begun to make wide, multi-dimensional and two-dimensional use of land thanks to the development of our architecture, civil engineering, and construction technology. Therefore, before it`s too late the concept of ‘multi-dimensional space ownership` and specific regulations must be introduced in the current legal system.
