APT 외부공간 활성화를 위한 지구단위계획의 방향 : 대전노은지구를 중심으로

대전 노은지구 지구단위계획의 외부공간 적용 실태와 개선 방향을 분석했다.

Since District Unit Plan had been introduced as policy, many urban designs have planned and carried out. To improve the quality of residential life and live the city, the built of architectural exterior space that involves amenity and the place works as the most important factor. Therefore, this study analyzed application of the urban design guidelines and the used states in developed site by District Unit Plan, proposed questions and improving schemes of the open space in apartment housing. The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of open space, in apartment housing, in urban design districts, to surroundings, to streets, to buildings, and to other facilities.

-The analysis on the used states of District Unit Plan guidelines and open space in apartment housing, in urban design district; Institutionalization on the post management of architectural exterior space is required. Because -the guidelines of detailed road differentiates the principal road, that must reflect characteristics. The urban design guideline considered the characteristics of location, landform must be proposed. The detailed guideline of public pedestrian road must be proposed. By applying flexible guideline of the space between apartment building, the effective space can be used.

The detailed use appointment that fits the characteristics of location is required rather than uniformal and guideline proposal. The through management and supervision at the viewpoint of user are required. Depending on condition, flexible guideline must be applied. By preparing the detailed management guideline, institutional device can be supplied. ㆍBy the above mentioned aspects(surroundings, streets, building, facilities), the result of case study are as follow ; The public open spaces are set regardless of strong pedestrian flows, the lack of consideration to an immediate territory.

By the feature of rest space among many cases, the lack of relationship to other facilities, is found to troubles. The characteristics of use are the lack of relationship between user and setting, sitting place and consideration of setting, the territorial difference as relation of street and settings. Also, through this analysis of case study, the elements of vitality are as follows. Strong pedestrian flows as relation between street and open space. The relationship between open space and apartment building entrance, in other word, an intermediate territory.

This study suggested into ①the location of open space through relation of streets in apartment housing, ②the planning as an intermediate territory, ③the planning as the characteristics, ④the planning by relation of other facilities, ⑤the reflex of th territorial characteristics and settings as behavioral features.
