GIS를 이용한 토지거래 사후관리를 위한 시스템 정립

GIS 기반 토지거래허가 사후관리 시스템의 개선방안을 연구했다.

GIS를 통한 토지거래허가 사후관리에 대한 효과적인 관리를 위한 사후관리기법의 개선을 목적으로 새주소 사업으로 구축된 shape파일을 기본으로 하여 공간데이터베이스를 구축하고 구축된 자료들은 GIS 프로그램인 Arc GIS를 이용하였으며 또한 속성자료들은 ER프로그램을 이용해서 테이블을 설계하고 액세스 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하여 각종 도면 자료의 전산화, 조서 및 대장 등의 전산화를 통한 신속한 자료조회, 자료관리, 자료수정 등의 업무의 효율성 증대하고 토지를 이용목적이 적합하게 사용되도록 하여 토지거래 허가와 사후관리를 유기적으로 다루어 보았다. I used GIS to improve on the after-transaction management technique. It was based on the shape file of new addresses, then it built space data base and built up data on it using Arc GIS of GIS program. In case of quick data, I designed a table using ER program and constructed a database using access program.

After-transaction management technique using GIS improves the effectiveness of work in data search, data management and data modification through the computerization of maps, records and registries. I have tried to deal with the land transaction permission system and after-transaction management in the systematic manner.
