4차원 지적 관련 연구의 성향 분석에 관한 연구

4차원 지적 관련 국내외 연구의 동향과 성향을 분석했다.

최근 ‘시간’ 이라는 개념을 적용한 4차원 지적에 관한 연구가 시작되고 있다. 비록 연구의 초기단계에 머무르고 있지만 향후 지적의 발전을 도모할 수 있다는 점에서 그 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 4차원 지적관련 연구에 대한 성향분석을 통하여 향후 연구의 방향 제시하데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구대상은 키워드 검색을 통한 국내외 논문 10편으로 한정시켰으며, 연구의 접근방법은 기술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 과정에서 도출하였다. 첫째, 4차원 지적의 개념을 파악하고, 4차원 지적연구가 갖는 의의를 살펴보았다. 또한 연구성향 분석에 관한 선행연구를 토대로 분석의 기준을 마련하고, 이를 토대로 분석의 틀을 설계하였다. 둘째, 4차원 지적관련 연구에 대한 일반적인 현황분석으로써 연도별, 저자별, 연구주제별로 분석하였다. 또한 선정된 10개의 논문을 관련 주제별로 분류하여 연구내용, 연구접근방법, 연구분야로 세분화하여 분석이 이루어졌으며, 분석의 결과를 토대로 평가를 실시하고 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. Recently, the research about 4D Cadastre on applying the concept of time has been started.

Although, the studies are still in the very early stage, it is significant to promote the development of cadastre in the future. Therefore, the purpose of this study is aimed to suggest the future direction of 4D cadastre research by analyzing research relating with 4D cadastre. In order to achieve the objective of this research, the subjects of this study was limited as 10 academic papers through keyword searching, and descriptive approach and comparative approach are applied as approaching methods. The results of this study were derived from the following process. First, the concept of 4D cadastre and the significance of 4D cadastre studies were grasped.

In addition, it was established the criteria of analysis by reviewing the advanced research about analysis of research tendency, and then a framework is created by those criteria. Second, the current information of 4D cadastre studies were analyzed by years, researchers, and topics. Also, selected 10 papers were classified into three topics, and then those topics were analyzed by the contents of research, the approaching methods of study, the research area of cadastre. Finally, the future research directions were suggested form the assesment of the analysis results.
