환경친화적 국토이용계획을 위한 입법 방향을 검토했다.

An environmentally friendly national land use planning is important issue for a nation and people. This national land use planning should be set up and put into action based on environmentally friendly national land use planning and individual law which are listed in the Constitution. Also, comprehensive and systematic measures are needed for the environmentally friendly national land use planning with the consideration of land, road, port, traffic and so on.

In other words, a nation should establish comprehensive national land plan and economic development plan synthetically for the environmentally friendly national land use planning and provide legal basis to set up a good base of life for a nation and people. In addition, there should be the opportunities to maximize the land growth potential as improving the quality of life through protection of the environment. To realize this plan, a nation and people should make persistent efforts. In short, a nation should implement policies actively with legislator``s expertise and national participation of legislation for developing the environmentally friendly national land use planning.
