지적경계 불일치의 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 주민과 전문가 의식 조사를 중심으로

주민·전문가 조사로 지적 경계 불일치의 문제와 개선방안을 분석했다.

Initially, cadastre of South Korea has begun in 1910's. However, some problems are followed by lack of repletion and development of the system now. Especially, there is no solution about the problem of cadastral inconsistence under the present condition. This study was conducted a survey of consciousness concerning boundary Followings are the problems according the survey of consciousness about cadastral inconsistence 1. Lack of residents' recognition regarding boundary. 2. Restriction of residents' exercising of property right. 3. Incurrence of difficulty concerning land administration. 4. Occurrence of civil applicationson account of shortage of abilities about boundary restoration.

Followings are the improvements for solving the problems; 1. Correction of cadastral boundary to actual occupied condition. 2. Minimizing the charge of liquidation payer in case of the impossible boundary correction. 3. Allowance substitute land in case of loss of relevant one 4. Solving the problems by themselves throughout their residents' committee. 5. Fundamental settlement by reducing technical error. This study aims at presentation of an objective index of policy establishment, and furnishing accurate data through surveying of consciousness about cadastral boundary of residents and cadastral specialists.
