초록
Due to UR agreement, the real estate market has been open to public and is expected to bring many changes in the Korean real services and trading business. The conventional real estate trading was mainly focused on the agency and customers had limitaions in terms of acquiring necessary information. Now there are increasing demand for a more systematic dealing procedure with professional services. Now that the Internet is used widely in almost every business and industry, the on-line real estate information and transactions have become more active. Due to this trend, there is an increasing demand for more specialized on-line information for on-line real estate trading.
Recently the policy has changed and the real estate market is not being as controlled as before. At this point, the market information is a critical key to play in the market. Therefore, an integrated and advanced information system should be constructed in order to provide useful data and information. Also, due to the advanced technological breakthrough in the IT business, real estate business has been influenced greatly and is subject to change accordingly. This kind of changes will improve the current services of real estate business and reform the conventional market structure. At this point, the transaction and trading information is most important to prepare for the future changes.
To gather essential information to categorize them are one of the most important role of this information system. We will need to study and analyze the real estate trading information system of the advanced countries and come up with the most effective and suitable plan to apply in the Korean market. In order to do so, we will need to look at management infrastructure, latest information system, Internet trading standard and regulations, information sharing institute, escrow policy, safely device and training of middle person and agencies.
