지적재조사사업 관리시스템 구축 방향

지적재조사사업의 효율적 추진을 위한 관리시스템 구축 방향을 제안했다.

본 연구는 지적재조사사업 추진을 위한 업무의 효율성 제고, 그리고 국가정책사업으로서 지적재조사사업의 품질확보를 통한 성공적 수행을 지원할 것으로 기대되는 지적재조사사업 관리시스템 구축방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 지적재조사사업 관리시스템 구축의 필요성은 지적재조사사업 추진단계별 업무주체와 내용에 근거한 업무의 효율성 제고측면, 그리고 품질관리를 위한 관리카드 작성 및 관리체계의 필요성 측면에서 검토하였다. 필요성과 함께 관련한 시스템 구축 사례로서 토지보상매뉴얼과 지적재조사 업무용으로 개발된 GEOMAX TAB 사례를 검토하였다. 이상의 논의를 토대로 지적재조사사업 관리시스템의 구축 방향은 관리시스템 구축의 기본배경 및 개요, 그리고 시스템 구성(안)을 중심으로 제시하였다. In this study, it is intended to present the direction of cadastral resurvey project management system built to support the quality assurance of the project and improve operational efficiency of cadastral resurvey project.

The need for building cadastral resurvey project management system to achieve the objectives of the study are as follows. We examined the need for a management system to create and manage cards for efficiency improvement and quality management of business on the basis of content and the person in charge of cadastral resurvey project at different stages. Case study system that was studied is a GEOMAX TAB program was developed cadastral resurvey site for business use and land compensation management system.

Direction of the building pointed out cadastral resurvey project management system, has been presented for the center planning and system configuration of background management system built on the basis of the above study.
