부동산관련정보의 공동활용을 위한 코드체계표준화 연구

부동산 관련 정보의 공동 활용을 위한 코드체계 표준화 방안을 제시했다.

현재 부동산관련 업무를 수행하는 부처별로 개별시스템을 구축ㆍ운영함에 따라 부동산 관련 코드체계가 상이하다. 또한 건교부와 행정자치부의 부동산관련업무가 통합되었어도 아직까지 큰 성과가 나타나지는 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 개별적으로 운용되고 있는 부동산관련시스템들의 운영실태와 부동산정보의 연계활용현황 및 표준화대상코드의 부처별 관리상황을 파악하고 부동산관련코드의 상호연계성, 운용성 등을 분석한 뒤 코드별 표준화 방안을 체계적으로 제시하였다. Recently, the real estate code system is not integrated because each government department is establishing and operating their own system. Moreover, they still can not appear excellent results, in spite of unification about the related business of a real estate between the Ministry of Construction and Transportation and the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs.

Consequently, this study indicated the standardization of code system for the real estate information system through the results of following actions; Firstly, operating conditions of the related real estate systems, which are performing without standard format, were analyzed. Secondly, these were investigated that are real estate information's sharing, application actual conditions and departmental management status for standardizing target code. Lastly, the real estate management code-sharing and code-interoperability were analyzed.
