SummaryThis paper aims at showing the necessity of change the National Park zonal Plan and suggesting the way it should be changed in order to preserve the National parks in Korea. I argue that the current state of the National Park law itself caused the wrong planning and the damages and the pollution of National Parks. Accordingly, I believe that the sooner the Nature Park Law is amended as proposed in this pper, the better National Parks in Korea can be preserved from their severe damage.
