민간부문 참여를 중심으로 택지 개발·공급의 효율화 방안을 검토했다.

The Purpose of this paper is fundamentaly based on the searching for the developing and the supplying of low-priced residential sites which will contribute on the promotion of housing supply. The Residential site development of the past in korea has had the character of public monopoly under the projects and controls of central government. At present, key systems that we have are "Land Readjustment Method and Public Land Development Method. " However, these methods are not sufficiently efficient to cope with the rapidly changing envirnment positively.

For the promoting of Residential site development and its supply efficiency, it is essential that controls by the government should be loosened and principle of free competition be introduced. To activate a free competition of Residential site development, I think, it is indispensible to search for the diverse methods of Residential site development that make the participation of private sectors expanded. In conclusion, in this paper I'll try to search for the residential site development methods that the change of envirnment and ensure the public and the returns of business such as high densed utilization of the definite land and expansion of housing supply.

For exemple there are the methods of the 3rd sector development and those of the joint development. I'm convinced that it is very important to construct the cooperation system between the private and the governmental in these methods.
