1. CONTENTS(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVESThe social concept of fee simple(land ownership) is closely related with the particularity of land. Land is the ground of human life as resources are adhered close to human beings throughout human history. Land thought can be a value judgement on land, and rightly, real estate has emphasis put on the system of land ownership. If real estate science is aimed at improvements of human behavior as a systematic science, therefore it is then needed to inquire in the thought of land ownership in terms of land ownership.
