공시지가를 반영한 지적측량수수료 종가제 도입 방안을 연구했다.

At these day in korea cadastral surveying fee system is differently appling according to a part of survey, scale, parcel, area, region(City, Provence, Metropolitan) which is not reflecting a land value or a land price. The objectives of this research are to reflect a land value using Public announced Land Price and compare a land value based fee system with current cadastral surveying fee system from the results of simulation a subdivision survey and a boundary survey. The main findings of this study would be summarized 4 plan.

It is strongly recommend that the current cadastral surveying fee system should be reflecting land value and land price on the basis of public announced price in the korea. Also, it is analyzed that the land degree, land degree classification, land basis price and land price coefficient is very important factor for the introduction of value based charge system.
