초록
Current development of residential district is supposed to follow urban planning law and construction law which are the basic laws regulating the use of land from the aspect of the standard of the planning and layout. The purpose of these basic laws is to regulate the architectonic acts on each lot in the frame of use area district. Planning Unit Development(PUD) Technique is a way out to overcome all the problems the former development technique of housing lot has in the U. S. A. and it is based on use area regulation and Subdivision Regulation.
In this study, I have investigated the inducing device of PUD as a development of residential complex plan or system that includes existing redevelopment of bad residence concerning the position within the existing law system, the enforcement procedure, and the plan and design criteria that will be applied to PUD business district.
