농지관리를 위한 농지원부의 바람직한 방향

농지 관리를 위한 농지원부의 운영 실태와 개선 방향을 제시했다.

농지이용 및 관리는 사회적·경제적 환경의 변화에 따라 새로운 농지관리의 지향점을 재정립할 필요성이 부상하고 있다. 경제적으로 4차산업혁명이 부상하고 사회적으로는 6차산업의 대두 등 농지를 둘러싼 환경변화가 크게 요동치고 있다. 이런 맥락에서 농지 분야의 혁신적인 관리 및 산업의 육성할 시기로 토지이용 및 관리의 정확화를 통하여 농지관리의 합리화 및 과학화를 기해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 현 농지원부의 관리 및 형식의 실제를 공부 차원에서 중점적으로 검토하여 시기에 부합하는 농지관리를 위한 농지원부의 향후 개선 방향을 논리적으로 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 목적을 달성하기 위한 조사방법은 문헌조사 및 인터넷 조사를 통하여 1차 및 2차 자료를 수집하고, 연구범위는 농지를 관리하는 농지원부로 한정하지만 부가적으로 관리체계를 포함하며 연구의 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제론적 접근방법을 병용하여 적용하고자 하였다. Agricultural land use and management need to be reviewed and analyzed due to a rapid change of social and economic environments.

Economically the Fourth Industrial revolution has emerged and socially the six industry has been raised in terms of agricultural land. Therefore agricultural land needs to be managed reasonably and technically through accuracy of land use and management. This study is to review management and form of agricultural land ledger in terms of public ledger and suggest how to improve the ledger. Methodologically the primary and second data are collected through literature review and Internet. The research is mainly based on agricultural land ledger and both the descriptive and systematic approach are used.
