3D 지적 기준설정 및 표준화 방향에 관한 연구

3D 지적제도의 등록 기준과 표준화 방향을 검토했다.

지적재조사사업의 추진과 토지행정도메인모델(LADM)의 제정이라는 국내ㆍ외적인 환경변화에 따라 이제는 기존의 2D 지적제도를 대체하기 위한 차세대 3D 지적제도가 요구되고 있다. 차세대 3D 지적제도는 입체적인 공간 활용을 등록하고 관리할 수 있도록 3D 등록객체 및 형식을 포함하여야 하며, 이를 위해서는 현실에 맞는 적용 가능한 3D 지적의 기준 및 표준화가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 3D 지적의 등록객체ㆍ형식ㆍ표준화의 실제 및 한계를 검토하고 이를 기반으로 3D 지적의 바람직한 기준 및 표준화의 방향을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. With international and domestic environmental changes that are performing Cadastral Resurvey Project and establishing LADM, 3D cadastral system are currently required to substitute 2D cadastral system. 3D cadastral system should include 3D object and form to register and manage three-dimensional spatial utilization.

To achieve it, 3D cadastral standardization which is applicable in our society is required. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to review the actual condition and limit such as object, form, and standardization and suggest the desirable direction of 3D cadastral standardization based on the results.
